Valeco Recruitment are delighted to bring to market an exclusive opportunity to be based front of house for our established Scottish client who are based in the lovely town of Edinburgh.

Our client are offering a part time opportunity working Monday to Friday 12.30pm - 5pm and have asked for a degree of flexibility for to job share with your colleague who works the morning for any holiday cover.

Great news is our client is going to be back in the office from September and they have all safety measures in place for the correct social distancing and due to the size of the office this works really well.

You will be based front of house providing customers with an outstanding service always whether it be face to face, over the telephone or via email.

Along with dealing with customers your role will also involve dealing with and coordinating deliveries and mail. Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and dealing with general administrative tasks.

Valeco Recruitment would love to hear from candidates who would love to be office based working in a professional services environment who come with a track record in being based front of house.

You will have exceptional communication skills, be a great organiser and be confident in working on Word, Excel and Outlook.
