We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning Manager to join our Planning team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Planning, you'll be part of a highly motivated team who are committed to our internal and external customers and skilled in understanding the intricacies of their discipline

We are looking for a hands on, data driven leader with excellent engagement skills; who can bring fresh thinking and ideas to inspire the team to consistently deliver service excellence for our Stakeholders and Customers.

What you'll do:
    Be responsible for leading, inspiring and developing a team by motivating them towards a clear vision and encouraging them to be accountable and autonomous whilst living and breathing the Sky Values and delivering for our stakeholders and customers.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and simplification, supporting the team to improve processes and tools and become more efficient.Build fantastic relationships with Commercial, Operational and Finance Teams ensuring our resource plans are robust and alignedHelp shape and deliver the People Plan across the Planning Directorate to create a great place of work where our people excel and develop, reflected by excellent engagement scoresEnsure that the team outputs tell compelling stories based on accurate, relevant and consistent data that can be widely shared and understood across the business.Accountable for forecast accuracy and delivery of strong governance around the forecasting processProactively engage with Senior Stakeholders, influencing and challenging their thinking where appropriate
