What you'll do:

- Be responsible for the customer marketing plan for our flagship TV products within the portfolio; including Sky Q, Multiscreen, HD / UHD / HDR, Sky Go, Sky Kids, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, App partners, Customer Referrals, including new product launches
- Work with commercial and proposition teams to plan the annual strategy for your assigned product(s), including objectives, messaging and KPIs
- Execute, and evaluate annual plans for assigned products, including recommending the media mix which should be used, the target audience, budget and ensure analysis is in place to track and measure performance
- Collaboration with multiple departments to drive upgrades & engagement of our TV products
- Brief, feedback & deliver on core marketing channels, including Email, TV ads, Sky.com, My Sky App, Retail, the Sky Q TV guide, Direct Mail, Digital
- Performance reporting on effectiveness of marketing - looking at comparisons of other product areas to identify improvements
- Respond and adapt quickly to changes in the industry or business priorities to evolve strategies and work strands accordingly
- Work closely with trading teams to monitor daily sales and cancellation rates and recommend and execute ways to ensure we stay on target
- Present creative, strategies and result to senior stakeholders at Head of Departments, and Director level regularly
- Lead on partner discussions
- Expand your knowledge and network of Sky to contribute to creative ways of driving sales, and a better customer experience for our 10 million TV customers every day
