Cordant People are currently recruiting for Front Office Team Members PART TIME to join a well established, award- winning Hotel located on a beautiful seafront location in the Gower Peninsula.

Rate of Pay: GBP12.00ph

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: Part time hours- 14-20 hours per week

Previous experience working in an office environment and assisting with events is desirable.

Role Responsibilities:

Recognise the importance of communication, actively participating in daily brief meetings and monthly team meetings.

Promote a positive, helpful service to guests, colleagues, and other departments at all times.

Answering telephone, email & social media enquiries for accommodation & weddings in a timely manner.

Book appointments for potential wedding couples.

Conduct appointments and venue tours.

Strong degree of IT literacy.

Check guests in and out of the hotel in a friendly informative manner.

Demonstrate commercial awareness with the ability to maximise revenue at the point of sale and up selling when required.
