"We're looking for Change Project Managers to join the Change team, to work across an outstanding range of projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment." - Principal PMO Manager

 

What you'll do:

  • Lead the planning and end to end project management across large scale and complex projects or multiple work streams within a programme e.g. customer communications, operating model, sales, service, supply chain, business readiness, across one or several routes to market e.g. Retail, Direct, Online Lead the project team through the project lifecycle ensuring adherence to governance, risk and issue management, effective project communication and delivery of quality artefacts e.g.:Project plansRAID logStakeholder matrixRACIReadiness planManaging the project budgetProject status reportsSupporting with the shaping and scoping, feeding into business cases, clarifying KPIs, benefit measurement and realisation tracking. Mapping out and understanding the project organisational structure and facilitating governance that enables effective project communication and business decision making.Creating and maintaining a project plan that outlines what will be delivered when; from initiation through to implementation including, key milestones and dependencies. Providing the controls to ensure a project delivers on time, to scope and budget with a focus on the customer and business impact.Estimating and scheduling resources to ensure successful delivery of quality artefactsManaging project finances; forecasting spend, tracking actuals, planning so the project stays on budget and prepping monthly finance reviews and reporting out to the stakeholders.Organise and support the project team to deliver quality deliverables and create a collaborative working atmosphere that brings teams across the business together

What you'll bring:

  • A proven track record of delivering complex work streams and projects across multiple business areasStrong stakeholder management skills; building relationships with the ability to facilitate decision making and escalation of risk, with proven experience of facing off to director and exec level stakeholders.Good understanding of project delivery best practices and how to project manage to high standards
