The Macquarie Asset Management Enterprise team is looking for a strategic thinker to work closely with its Chief Operating Officer. The Enterprise team formed to bring together operational and enablement functions across all of Macquarie Asset Management under a common vision and leadership. Our goal in Enterprise is to empower Macquarie Asset Management and our clients by innovating and investing in an Enterprise for the future.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Enterprise team and will be responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer on strategic planning and Enterprise-wide initiatives, including monitoring execution/progress against Enterprise's goals and priorities. You will contribute to key projects that support the main outcomes of enabling our business, delivering on exceptional client experience, increasing efficiency, and reducing risk. You will partner with various internal teams on stakeholder engagement and internal communications, including content generation and/or contribution to executive-level PowerPoint presentations for staff meetings, town halls, and client / board presentations. You will also support overall Enterprise governance, including the global Enterprise Leadership Team and various regional committees. Within Enterprise you will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Lastly, you will partner with Human Resources team to develop, promote, and identify opportunities around culture, wellness and diversity and inclusion.

To be considered for this role, you’ll use your own initiative to launch and progress initiatives using your excellent communication, project management and multi-tasking skills to influence senior management across the business. You’ll possess an execution mindset and be comfortable fostering a collaborative work style to share your expertise across the business. The ability to remain empathetic and flexible across different working styles and cultures and maintain effective relationships is also imperative to success in this position.
