Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
B2B Marketing experience
Proven success as a lead marketer in a SME environment (ideally in growth / scale up)
Enjoy a strategic and tactical 'hands on' approach
Experience of running multi-channel marketing campaigns
Naturally digital and tech savvy
Understand SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords campaigns
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
Content creation and strong copywriting ability
Comfortable recording basic video footage and editing
Proven experience of CRM/email marketing tools and website management via a CMS
Excellent communication with a high degree of detail
Naturally creative with a curious mindset
Reporting skills: ROI; KPI's to highlight the performance of marketing activities.
