Core responsibilities will typically include:

Work closely with the MD to shape the marketing strategy, deliver hands on

Collaborate with Sales Developer

Create, develop and manage marketing campaigns

Production of marketing material

Content creation for all channels, copywriting, proofreading

Social media planning and management, SEO

Basic production and editing of video content

Maintain the website (WordPress)

Manage subscribers in Odoo CRM

Brand management, internal comms

Market research, keeping up to date on marketing trends and industry insights

Report on key metrics and ROI

Attend trade events

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

B2B Marketing experience

Proven success as a lead marketer in a SME environment (ideally in growth / scale up)

Enjoy a strategic and tactical 'hands on' approach

Experience of running multi-channel marketing campaigns

Naturally digital and tech savvy

Understand SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords campaigns

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Canva

Content creation and strong copywriting ability

Comfortable recording basic video footage and editing

Proven experience of CRM/email marketing tools and website management via a CMS

Excellent communication with a high degree of detail

Naturally creative with a curious mindset

Reporting skills: ROI; KPI's to highlight the performance of marketing activities.
