About the role

Graypaul Ferrari Glasgow has a fantastic opportunity available for an outstanding individual to join us as a Sales Manager.
Ferrari are the world's foremost automotive luxury sports car manufacturer and we are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual who is prepared to work hard developing and expanding our customer base in Glasgow.

This is a challenging but exceptionally rewarding role, which will require a full understanding of the sales process and un-paralleled enthusiasm for the Ferrari brand. Possessing an exceptional eye for detail, the successful candidate will immerse themselves in all things Ferrari, forging client relationships, attending events and delivering the Ferrari brand experience

With the support of the General Sales Manager, the successful candidate will build, develop, encourage and improve the team's current sales and success by providing structure, mentoring, confidence and motivation to maximise performance and profitability.

About you

This role would suit a manager with retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department.

You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and that you are able to handle conflicting demands. In addition, you will need to be able to display the passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business.
