We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology consultancy business with industry-leading clients. Our client is a team of experts in their field passionate about improving the way businesses operate through using technology as a catalyst.

We are searching for a talented Part-Time Financial Controller (2/3 days a week )to join this amazing business to support the leadership team and lead the day-to-day operations of the finance function as they continue their growth trajectory. This individual will be responsible for bringing all financial management of the business in-house and will take full ownership of the finance function to advise and support the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the 'in-housing' project for the finance function
  • Implementing systems, processes, and structure to the business from an accounting perspective
  • Managing all financial planning including forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and modelling and report variances against actuals
  • Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition process.
  • Producing meaningful insights for the leadership to drive business strategy
  • Preparing and producing the monthly management reporting
  • Providing analysis on KPI's and business performance
  • Oversight of the transactional finance responsibilities
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting when required

Skills:

  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • At least 5 years PQE
  • Experience working in a professional services business
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Great excel skills
  • SME experience is desirable

You can expect a salary of GBP60,000 - GBP80,000 pro rata plus benefits
