In a Nutshell:

We have a fantastic opportunity for Commercial Assistant to join our team within Vistry Housebuilding Cotswolds, at our Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham office. As our Commercial Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the Quantity Surveying team.

What we would like from you:

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist the Quantity Surveyors with the raising of variation orders.
• Assist with invoice queries and general admin
• Carry out purchase and subcontract ledger payments as required
• Collate information to enable Group reporting

Competencies -

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages
• Accurate with an eye for detail

Desirable -

• Previous Housebuilding or Construction industry experience
• Knowledge of COINS
