Sales Support Executive

£22K pro rata + bonus of £4K pro rata (paid quarterly)

Homeworking with occassional visits to Canary Wharf office working, a minimum of 24 hours per week (over 3 days).

ReachWork is a division of Reach Plc, the largest national and regional multi-media content publisher in the UK, with a growing digital portfolio that reaches over 42M people each month, and turnover in excess of £600M pa.

ReachWork is a digital advertising business, made up of three distinct specialist job boards - GAAPweb.com (Finance & Accountancy), TotallyLegal.com (Legal) and SecsInTheCity.co.uk (high end PA/Support).

Each job board has a long established market leading position, which has enabled ReachWork to cultivate a recurring client list of the world’s most recognised brands - clients through 2020 included Apple, Nike, HSBC, BMW, PWC, ASOS, EE and Amercian Express to name a few.

The role:

ReachWork’s Sales Support team play a pivotal role in the businesses ongoing success, and the team is instrumental in ensuring ReachWork continues to deliver a client experience beyond what their competition can offer. Our Sales Support dept remains one of the key differentiators that enables us to continue to lead the market.

The Sales Support Executive is not a salesperson, but you will work closely alongside sales (and with both Marketing and Finance) throughout the sales cycle.

The typical day may include onboarding clients, processing contracts and getting them started, ensuring they have the right products, and that they know how to use them to maximum impact. You might be demoing our CV database online to a prospective client, or running a training session online teaching recruiters how to write the perfect job advert. You could be reviewing a client’s adverts to see where they could improve, giving advice and helping them best use the site.

This is not a call centre job. We have necessary daily admin tasks to deliver, but there is also autonomy in this role - with proactive work, and frequent challenges and problem solving to keep us interested.

The ideal candidate;

You’re a great communicator, comfortable dealing with clients of all levels of seniority on the phone and email. Organised, analytical and methodical with a sharp attention to detail. Able to problem solve and think on your feet, to prioritise effectively and use your initiative when needed.

Experience in previous phone based customer support / helpdesk environment would be helpful. Any business systems experience - inputting / reviewing customer data in a live environment - also useful. MS Office experience is a given - Outlook and Excel.

Package & Benefits

We’re a very social company but obviously the past year has changed how we work. This role is predominantly based remotely, with occassional (monthly) visits to our One Canada Square, Canary Wharf office. A full home office set up provided.

The role demands a minimum of 24 hours per week, but we are flexible here both on total hours per week, and on what days worked.

Salary             £22K pro rata

Bonus           £4K pro rata (paid quarterly. 2020 average achievement 100%)
