We are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to support their continuing growth either on a full time or part-time could be considered with a minimum of 3 days /week.

Sales Administrator

Seeking a competent candidate to join our client's sales, accounts and administration team.
The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident telephone manner.
You'll need a good knowledge of office software and be able to learn new systems efficiently, training will be given to understand work processes and software applications used.

Primary Responsibility of the Role:
Receive, respond to and manage enquiries via email, our websites or incoming telephone calls.
Deal with internal administrative processes such as deliveries and vehicles etc..
Create and send invoices via Xero Create and send estimates and order confirmations.
Communicate with technical team whilst keeping clients informed.
You'll need the ability to work at a fast, accurate pace and thrive on a busy office environment.
Previous experience in a business office environment would be beneficial but not essential.
