We have a number of openings for part-time Customer Service Executive, these roles are flexible hours to suit with our focus on candidates that can commit to working some evenings and weekends

The role of Customer Service Executive:

Managing the reservation process for some of UK's best restaurants

Problem solving to ensure the best possible outcome for the guest

Accurately booking tables, meeting customer and restaurant requirements

Proposing solutions where chosen requirements are not available

Sending email booking confirmations / dealing with email accounts

The ideal Customer Service Executive:

You will need a proactive nature, a strong work ethic and good literacy skills

While full training will be provided, some experience in dealing with people is desirable

A professional telephone manner

Strong work ethic with high standards

Working hours:

Our offices are open between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week

Part-time fixed hours to suit - with a focus on evenings and weekends
