We're excited to be partnering with a fantastic business based in North Cambridge. They are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to work 4 days a week on a permanent basis. This role will be mainly home based with a day in the office per week on average.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

* Standalone generalist HR advice to line managers

* Acting as recruitment contact and liaising with agency partners

* Supporting and coaching colleagues

* Manage UK payroll with outsourced partner

* Work as back ups for European HR colleagues when needed

* Update HR systems and policies

* General HR administration as needed

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience within a similar generalist HR role

* Standalone experience would be desirable but not essential

* Excellent UK employment law knowledge

* Able to work both operationally and as a business partner

* Experience of dealing with payroll

* Strong IT proficiency
