A market leading business based in Derby have partnered with Astute Recruitment as they search for a part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant, to oversee all their transaction across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acting as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day travel and expense queries from employees and the business

* Inputting and matching of supplier invoices

* Input of Employee expenses ensuring adherence to company policies

* Ensuring the resolution of pricing/delivery/master data/other queries

* Establishing internal and external stakeholder relationships

* Liaising with internal departments to ensure they are compliant with company procedures necessary for Accounts Payable

* Maintaining vendor relationships

* Helping to identify trends in employee travel and expenses and initiate discussion around findings with the business


Key Experience:

* Previous experience working in Purchase Ledger and Expenses

* Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages, Outlook, Word and Excel

* Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong team player
