"As the Wellbeing Manager you will own and drive the delivery l to our Wellbeing strategy across CSG. You will be recognised as the expert in your field within CSG, the wider Sky and externally through your diverse network. You will epitomise "Believe in Better" regarding Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace through your proactive drive to make Sky the best place to work." - Director of Comm's & Learning

 

What you'll do:

  • Developing and ownership our short, medium and longer term CSG wellbeing strategies. Including the measurement and insight rhythm around these.Establishing a trusted partner role to advise, educate and coach leaders and teams on best wellbeing behaviours, support and actionBeing the voice of CSG for all UK&I and Group proposition/product development and deliveryOwnership of the always on plan of wellbeing activites and interventions, working with key teams to deliver these across CSGEvolve and grow the role of our Mental Health First Aid Champions across CSG .

What you'll bring:

  • A focus and passion for Wellbeing and Mental Health SupportRelevant qualifications in Wellbeing and or Mental Health or established experience in a role in this areaA strategic approach to planning and pitching of strategic plans and solutionsStrong customer focus with the ability and confidence to communicate clearly at all levels of stakeholder engagement and forumsA resilient, flexible and innovative thinker who can dissect and interpret information and hone in on solutions
