What you'll do:
- Developing and ownership our short, medium and longer term CSG wellbeing strategies. Including the measurement and insight rhythm around these.Establishing a trusted partner role to advise, educate and coach leaders and teams on best wellbeing behaviours, support and actionBeing the voice of CSG for all UK&I and Group proposition/product development and deliveryOwnership of the always on plan of wellbeing activites and interventions, working with key teams to deliver these across CSGEvolve and grow the role of our Mental Health First Aid Champions across CSG .
