- You will design and manage the 'front door' into our department for projects and programmes, working closely across the regions and Group Technology departments to ensure delivery processes are in synch and value is maximised.

- You will also establish close partnering relationships with key business stakeholders, to align and drive our 'Modernise Agenda' roadmap.

- You will be restless in ensuring streamlined processes and best practice is adopted across delivery, with accurate and clear reporting, and good governance practices established.

- With cultural awareness, credibility and strong customer focus that builds lasting trust, you'll help our business stakeholders achieve their future vision, by being their delivery partner and enabling their strategy, roadmaps, and processes.

- Deep experience in setting up & assuring strategic projects, portfolios and programmes, together with PMO processes. Strong, demonstrable experience in establishing clear business cases, shaping large strategic projects/programmes, establishing delivery processes & reporting across technology, and ensuring all change is operationally ready at launch.

- Ideally with experience across back-office solutions, and agile practices.

- Commercially astute at the leadership level, with previous responsibility managing a sizeable Capex budget (circa > £2m)
