We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Key Client based in Dewsbury who have an urgent requirement for a part-time Customer Service Administrator (long-term) - immediate start
You will be working within a busy (friendly) Customer Service team providing additional support.
The hours of work are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. or 8.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m.
The main duties are:-
-To manage all customer queries coming through the internal system
-Confidently resolving queries via e-mails/telephone calls
-Working with the Customer Service team to prioritise queries
-Updating systems and chasing missing documents
-Claim handling
-Working within Excel spreadsheets and using other Microsoft packages
-To carry out any additional duties, as required
Person spec:-
-Experience in a similar Customer Service Admin role
-Excellent communication skills verbal/written
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
-Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
-Ability to pick up new systems quickly
-Confident with a "can do" attitude
-Organised with a good eye for detail
-Immediately available
