The Finance System Governance & Control (FSGC) P2P team is responsible for the end-to-end process and solution design for Sky's procurement, invoicing & expense activities.


What you'll do:

* Issue Management - Identify and resolve system and process issues, particularly relating to Accounts Payment (AP) and SAP Open Text VIM, through interface monitoring and user incident tickets, investigate root causes and resolve systems incidents.
* Continuous improvement - Identify opportunities for technical and/or procedural improvement within P2P, with a focus on AP processes and SAP Open Text VIM. Understand & document business requirements for change requests, assist in building a business case to support continuous improvement projects and propose options to meet the requirement(s).
* Business User Management - Build partnerships with key business users at different levels of seniority, in a matrix organisation across multiple regions to prioritise and manage expectations, particularly on change requests and system issues.
* Configuration - Create Master data and configuration files in Open text VIM, Ariba Cloud, manage approval flow templates in Open text VIM as well as Ariba Upstream and Downstream, engage with Ariba Cloud engineers to resolve SRs
* Testing - Design & perform functional test scripts for system developments and releases, perform regression testing for system changes and support User Acceptance Testing as required.
* Document Management - Create Business Readiness Documentation (BRD), maintain as-is and to be processes and standard operating procedures, prepare user guides & training material, prepare and present proposals to relevant governance authorities.
* Reporting & Analysis - Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for key business users
* Controls - Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual IT & Finance controls including appropriate reconciliations


What you'll bring:

* Experience and knowledge of AP processes in context to purchase to pay. Strong knowledge of Open Text VIM ideally with Ariba Cloud and SAP ERP knowledge
* Strong understanding of Process and System Governance and Controls
* Strong analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent knowledge of end to end Procure to Pay processes in several large organisations
* Experience with large-scale system implementation and/or developments or business process transformations (across several geographical regions)
* Proven ability to develop strong working relationships
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - demonstrable experience mapping processes and writing standard operating procedures
