Part time HR Manager - (25 hours per week, office based)

35,000 - 42,000 (pro-rata) plus bonus, pension, parking and pension
The company
An exceptionally well established and highly professional organisation are seeking to appoint a HR and Payroll Manager on a part time basis to work in their offices. A small but growing and global reaching business.
The role
A hands on HR and Payroll Manager - duties include:
Recruitment across both UK and international offices
Processing of monthly payroll
Processing of contract extensions
Ensuring that all HR files are up to date and relevant
Attend board meetings
Working with finance to ensure that bonus, commission payments are communicated to team member
Review of annual salaries
Ensure compliance of data protection and GDPR regulations
Review, organise and identify training needs
Review, change and update policies and procedures
When required work with company lawyers
Deal with any ER related issues
What you will need to be successful
This is an exceptional opportunity for a CIPD (level 5 minimum) qualified individual with generalist HR experience to join a really lovely, down to earth business and be responsible for the HR function.
The company are looking for someone to work 25 hours per week, ideally 5 days per week in the office and there is flexibility around start and finish time so this would suit someone looking to complement work with family life, work-life balance, other commitments and interests.
This is a generalist role and does need someone who has generalist HR experience and with knowledge ideally of payroll although you will have support from Finance Director.
You will need to be accurate, approachable, well organised, have good attention to detail and also be someone about show empathy whilst also ensuring that rules are being adhered to.
