Part Time Junior Payroll Administrator (12 month FTC) - St. Austell - GBP22,000 FTE
Well Placed HR have been engaged by our long-standing client, a sizeable manufacturing business and a major Cornish employer. They currently seek to recruit a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their people management team. The role is initially offered as a 12-month fixed term contract and works over 4 days working week (30 hours).
The role works within a very busy payroll function and represents an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their skills in this sector (candidates that possess payroll experience are highly sought after in the Southwest!). Key responsibilities to include:
- Administer and accurately process both weekly and monthly payrolls
- Respond to employee questions and queries
- Maintain and update employee records
- Administer time management system
- Other administration duties as required
The role calls for an individual with basic payroll knowledge, ideally (though not essentially), gained within a dedicated department. The successful candidate will require good communication and general IT skills, and possess the ability to work well as part of a team.
For further details and to apply, please get in touch with Carly Kellow quoting reference CK7790.
