Interim Part Time HR Advisor - Bodmin/Remote - GBP23,000 FTE Pro-rata

Well Placed HR have been assigned by an award-winning healthcare provider who seek the assistance of an experienced HR Advisor. The role is offered as a fixed term contract, commencing ASAP until March 2022. This is a part time assignment with 22.5 flexible working hours per week to be completed remotely and from the company headquarters in Bodmin.

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Head of HR and HR BP to ensure effective, efficient and streamlined people management policy throughout the business. This is a hands-on opportunity that will work closely with managers to ensure exceptional employee relations. Key duties to include:

- Provide effective involvement in all areas relating to employee relations

- Assist in reviewing HR policy and its associated processes

- Play a key role in working with HR BP in developing HR policy, staff development and audit

- Promote and develop safe, compliant and secure health and safety protocols

For this role we're seeking a candidate with experience gain in an advisory capacity, and working to CIPD level 5. The role calls for a solid understanding of employment law, HR metrics, and performance management. It's a highly communicative role where candidates will liaise with employees on many areas of people management via email, telephone and face-to-face. There may be some requirements for travel within the county. Applicants must be available to commence at relatively short notice.
