We are looking for two Front of House Assistants - Full time & Part time - for one of our exciting retail hospitals in Grimsby.
The ideal candidates will be passionate about service and pride themselves on delivering the highest standards across two retail outlets.
The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills and will be responsible for greeting and serving customers in a professional, warm, friendly & genuine manner. You will also be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages and cafe foods in line with client requirements and Elior UK standards

Job description

Your key responsibilities as the Front of House Assistant will consist of:

- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used

Skills & Experience

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Front of House Assistant include:

- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- A dedicated leader who is driven and passionate in order to take their team forward
- Financially minded & sales driven
- 2 years+ previous catering experience and looking to progress within the industry


As part of your package, we are offering a salary of GBP8.91 per hour (GBP11,150 per annum)

This role also comes with a workplace pension and 22 days holiday pro-rata (including Bank Holidays). You can also purchase up to 5 additional days annual leave.
