A public research University located in the heart of London are looking for an experienced executive support assistant / personal assistant for a part time role of 20 hours per week. You will be required to work Monday - Friday for 4 hours between the hours of 10am - 3pm with an hour for lunch.

You will be working closely and supporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as well as the Secretary of the university.

In providing a fully comprehensive executive / personal assistant service, you will manage diaries and emails, as well as setting up meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritising workload and a range of tasks
Maintain and coordinate complex schedules and diary management
Setting up meetings
Follow up actions after meetings
Utilising online tools such as MS Teams and Zoom

You will have:

Experience of working as an executive support assistant / personal assistant to a senior member of staff, preferably within Higher Education or within the public sector.
Excellent written and communication skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Advanced keyboard and IT skills as well as MS Teams, Zoom and Excel
Good attention to detail, accuracy and prioritisation skills

This role will be for a minimum of 6 months where you will be required to travel to campus for a minimum of 8 days per month. There is the option to work fully on campus if you would prefer.
