Are you an experienced Administrator looking for 3 days a week? If so, we have an opportunity for a Administrator to support the office with a range of tasks which include, but is not limited to the following:
  • Assist in weekly tasks associated with payroll
  • Send and check candidate registrations
  • Send and chase references
  • Complete security paperwork with a high level of accuracy
  • Liaising with current and potential candidates over the telephone, video, face to face and on email.
  • Support with first day inductions
  • Picking up and escorting visitors around site
  • General administration such as registering candidates for payslips, data entry, monitoring emails and flexible to take on any other tasks as they arise.
As part of this position you will need to be an excellent and confident communicator. You will need to be computer literate with experience of working on the Microsoft Programmes and you will need to be very accurate in your work.

Flexibility is important with this position. Home working and office working will vary week by week depending on the work, so you will need to be able to work from the office, sometimes at short notice. Whilst working in the office you will benefit from free parking and there are also onsite shops and a canteen.

Working hours are as follows:

Monday and Tuesday - 8.30 - 17.15 with one hour lunchbreak
Wednesday - 8.30 - 17.00 with one hour lunchbreak

This is an ongoing temporary position and is paying GBP10.00 an hour.
