Graduate Internal Talent Acquisition Associate
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Updating the website to make the company more desirable for potential employees
Working on processes for direct recruitment strategies by sourcing and screening candidates
Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
Taking part in the interview processes
Onboarding successful candidates into the business
This role is available to start in September 2021. The company are currently working to a part-time WFHWFO pattern, to be reviewed in line with government announcements.
Requirements:
At least 6 months experience in a recruitment role, or working within a recruitment company; to be eligible for the higher starting salary, candidates will have 12+ months of experience
A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) from a good university, in any relevant degree subject
Able to demonstrate good organisational skills
The ability to build commercial relationships with people
