This is a great part-time, private PA role assisting a charming client based in West London. This role will see you working 15 hours per week in a temporary cover for 4 to 8 weeks with potential to extend. We would ideally like someone who can work 3 short days per week however there will be some flexibility for the right person. You will take on a range of responsibilities to assist the principal in organising their busy lifestyle.

What You Will Do
The duties of this role include
- Inbox management and communications on behalf of the principal
- Diary management & ensuring the household diaries are coordinated
- Travel arrangements including hotels, transfers and planning for absence from London
- Booking restaurants, events and appointments
- Liaising with household staff and contractors
- Arranging any household repairs and overseeing tradesmen
- Arranging insurance and paying bills
- Assist with any errands or ad-hoc requests.
