Receptionist
Location: Sandy Balls Holiday Village, Fordingbridge, Hampshire, Ringwood, New Forest.
Hours of work: Part Time
Salary: GBP19,344 per annum pro rata (GBP9.30 an hour)
Who we are?
Sandy Balls Holiday Village is a world away from your day to day, with more trees than you can??? well, shake a stick at. We have resident alpacas, a bush-craft school and forest laser tag, along with the usual holiday heroes of cycling and swimming. But New Forest holidays are also about tranquillity, which is why our Retreat spa and cosy, cottage-style lodges and caravans are here to help our guests unwind.

What we need in a nutshell
As Guest Services Assistant, we want you to make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from check-in to the moment they leave. Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include:
Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out
Making bookings for activities and dealing with enquires
Resolving complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after
One more thing???holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.

A confident, outgoing personality and a high degree of resilience under pressure
Able to work across teams and communicate well so issues can be resolved quickly
It would be great if you have experience of using ParcVu booking system, but don't worry if you haven't, we'll train you.
