Having recently moved to our brand new Arch Concept retailer at Cribbs Causeway, Guy Salmon Jaguar Land Rover Bristol have an opportunity Customer Relations Manager to join our team. We are passionate about creating that getting it right first time experience for our colleagues and customers and the Customer Relations Manager will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of this.

A positive, enthusiastic, accountable individual who can manage customer issues in both Sales and Aftersales, working closely with managers to ensure a timely resolution. Building a positive relationship with our customers, to be able to respond to customer complaints, working with colleagues, customer and management team to ensure a solution. The customer relations manager will also coach, inspire and develop our teams, to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all our customers.

We are looking for an individual with a strong customer service background with excellent leadership skills, a natural affinity in coaching and the ability to work in a high pressured environment.
