Job Title: Part Time Administrator - Temp to Perm
Location: Henham, Essex
Salary: GBP9.50 per hour + holiday pay
Term: Temp to Perm
RecruitAbility's client, based near Elsenham are looking for an office administrator to work 3 days per week 2 of which must be a Monday, Tuesday and Friday
The role of Office Administrator
The role will include general computer and administration work, including organising appointments, answering calls, dealing with customers, figure-work, filing and other associated office duties. It is a small team so you will be expected to cover for colleagues and pick up other tasks as and when required.
To be considered for the role of Office Administrator:
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Previous admin experience
Customer service experience would also be ideal
Good computer skills
Confident numerically
Team player
Friendly and engaging personality
Own transport is essential due to the rural location The package for the role of Office Administrator
Hourly rate GBP9.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours - 9am-5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays
This is initially a 12 week temporary contract with the plan for the role to become permanent thereafter for the right candidate.
