The Opportunity
School: The Duston School
Address: Berrywood Rd, Northampton NN5 6XA
Hours per week: 35 Hours
Contract: Permanent (Term time only)
Main Purpose
To provide a professional catered food service in line with the contractual commitments at either one site, or within a number of sites.
What will this role involve?
Provide a Food service in line with all Legislative requirements
Deliver food to the required quantity
Provide a varied menu in line with contractual commitments
Take responsibility for cleanness of the kitchen and working environment
Stock control ensuring correct levels of food and stock are available to fulfil contractual commitments
Ensure logs for food Hygiene are completed
Transfering hot food in trolley from main kitchen to new primary using trolleys provided, (temporary until kitchen is built)
Clearing and cleaning away all food waste and relocate back to main kitchen until new kitchen is provided
Control all ordering and stock consumption
What are we looking for?
Qualification or experience within the catering industry to the level demanded by the contract Food Hygiene L2 Able to cook to the level and scope required by the contract Supervisory skills and experience
