Whatever you reason for wanting more flexibility, you'll want to hear about this part-time position! This local authority, based in the West-Midlands, is looking for a part-time Business Partner, which will focus on Employee Relations responsibilities.

For this temporary position (starting 6 months, and likely to be extended) your knowledge of Employee Relations, Discipline, Grievance and case management will be utilised to it's fullest potential, so previous experience putting these skills into practice would be essential. Previous experience within the public sector would be ideal with this position.
