P/T Temporary HR Administrator - Plymouth - Circa: 19,000 Pro Rata
Well Placed HR have been engaged by a longstanding client who urgently seek to recruit a part time HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, duration likely between 4-8 weeks and working hours of approx. 22.5 hours (working patterns to suit the successful candidate). The role works with a leading vocational training provider and works as part of a very experienced and friendly people management function.
The successful candidate will play a key part in the administration of transactional HR processes and act as a key point of contact for initial HR enquiries. This is broad role where the HR Administrator will be involved in employee relations, L&D, recruitment and payroll. Working closely with the HR team, the role will require the maintenance and updating of HR documentation and files and assist the people management team in a broad range of projects.
We're looking for an organised and communicative administrator with recent experience gained in an office environment. There is no requirement for the successful candidate to have previous human resources experience, but an understanding of confidentiality and effective handling of sensitive data will be essential, as will the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers throughout the organisation. Candidate's must be available to commence at short notice.
