This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and exciting executive recruitment team who are leading how we engage, attract and hire high-performance and diverse talent. This role is key to drive the smooth functioning of our executive hiring across the Sky. It involves a broad variety of co-ordination, document design and creation, reporting, internal and external supplier liaison, and other projects.

No prior recruitment experience required - just a self-starter with good organisational and communication skills. We can offer this role on a flexible hours basis to suit you (4 days a week or full-time during school hours). We are also open to remote working, although being able to come to our Osterley office 1-2 days per week is preferred.

What you'll do

    Provide Head of Executive Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment process support. Examples includes co-ordination of interviews and feedback, creating candidate packs for later stage interviews, scheduling psychometric assessments, preparation of offers.Create presentations for team updates, internal showcases and external events.Generate internal marketing material to promote our senior hiring activities. Track executive data to support leadership activity both as an owner and a mini-project manager to flag risks and actions. Become an ambassador for high quality candidate experience and our executive recruitment products.
