Finance Assistant - Part Time

Salary GBP22.000 Pro Rata

Working Hrs - 20 hrs a week - 4 hrs per day can be flexible on the times

Reporting to the Finance Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Finance person to work 20 hours a week on a temp to perm based n Leighton Buzzard - hourly rate GBP11hr

You will be required to manage all aspects of the finance function, deliver accurate accounts, understand the companies cashflow needs and payment terms

Sales Ledger

Invoicing/Credits

Statements

Receipt Posting

Account Management

Credit Control

Purchase Ledger

Matching delivery notes

Invoice/Credit posting

Statement Reconciliation

Payment Run

Banks

Reconciliation Daily

Nominal Journals

Transfers

Inter-company reconciliation

Petty cash

Expenses

Credit card reconciliation
