The role
Galejay is looking for a Marketing professional to join their rapidly expanding team.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is willing to get creative and develop marketing campaigns to boost our social media presence and take responsibility for generalist HR duties as the business grows.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to progress their career in marketing and gain experience within human resource aspects, where there has been little exposure historically.
The successful candidate will be based remotely but will commute to London as and when required - averaging once a fortnight/every 3 weeks.
Main responsibilities
Marketing
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns on LinkedIn to maintain social media presence, holding responsibility for the social media calendar and forward planning for the year ahead
* Design and post creative content eg. Videos, market news, blog posts - complete creative freedom given!
* Track marketing performance on LinkedIn and report to the managing director weekly
* Monitor and report on competitor activity, as well as any other significant trends/events happening in the insurance industry
HR
* Control and update the company holiday calendar and absence and sickness records
* Responsibility for company D,E&I initiatives, as well as the D,E&I statement
* Development of New Starter Packs, to include onboarding, health, and safety, housekeeping etc
* Completion of any ad hoc and generalist HR tasks set by the managing director
Website
* Update the website with new vacancies and news blog posts, industry news as required, using WordPress
* Monitor website traffic using SiteGround
Required Skills
* Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not essential) or equivalent work experience
* Skills in IT and social media, in particular Word, Excel and LinkedIn
* Any experience in WordPress would be advantageous

Whilst this role is full time, it could accommodate the right part-time candidate
