CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading service provider, with their UK offices based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. A part time Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join the friendly and welcoming team.

What will the role involve?

  • Match and post c300 monthly purchase ledger invoices in GBP and some EUR;
  • Creation of new supplier accounts;
  • Check and process staff expenses;
  • Perform account and statement reconciliations;
  • Preparation of invoices for payment;
  • Running monthly aged creditor reports.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience;
  • Able to work on your own initiative;
  • Good working knowledge of large ERP system;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
