Customer Service Administrator

Milton Keynes

GBP22,000 per annum pro rata, for circa 25 hours a week

Our exciting client is looking to recruit an exceptional Customer Service Asministrator to be based in their offices in Tilbrook , MK.

Main duties will include:

• responsible for the processing of all your allocated national accounts and any independent customer's orders, ensuring that they are correct and accurate, delivered by their due date and are completed to the specific, company agreed requirements of the customer.
• responsible for dealing with independent customer's requests & orders received, to the standard set out and expected.
• responsible for the correct administration of your allocated accounts, ensuring all details are up to date, that data is handled correctly, on time, and to the needs of the customer and the business.
• Being responsible for the correct logging of all incoming and outgoing calls, orders & queries in SAP, as and when they are made, and to ensure all key parties are kept informed of any developments or feedback on queries.
• You are expected to have a proficient knowledge of your fellow Customer Service Controller's responsibilities & duties, and to be able to adopt their specific account responsibilities, as and when required.
• You are expected to be proficient in dealing with the demands of independent customer's requests, and to answer general telephone queries from customers, maintaining ownership and responsibility to resolve any query to the full satisfaction of the customer, and fulfil the needs of the business as required.
