School friendly hours available for this new Part Time 3 month temporary Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant role which may become a permanent role. With free on-site car parking available, this is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced AP accounts person to work in a busy, friendly team based in Castle Donington.

Most of the role will be covering all aspects of Accounts Payable but if the person wished to get involved with wider accounting work, that is certainly possible! 20 hours a week, Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday, ideally full days or happy to split the hours over 4 days

Key Duties:

* Reporting directly to the Head of Finance

* All aspects of Accounts Payable

* Bank reconciliations

* Statement reconciliations

* Raising Purchase Orders

* Raising Payments

* Processing supplier payments

* Processing payment journals

* Goods received notes

* Ad hoc other finance and accounts work as business demands

In return you will be rewarded with a generous pro-rata benefits package up to GBP25,000 full time equivalent
