My client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Sales Coordinator person to join their small but busy team based in Kirkcaldy.

This is a permanent role, offering part time hours, which can be agreed during interview stage - my client are flexible on the working hours.

Responsibilities will include:

Utilise internal CRM database to identify lapsed customers
Make outbound calls to lapsed customers
Provide quotations and follow up with customers
Answer questions from customers about products and services provided
Process orders through CRM system
Update database
Follow up on leads and quotesTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous experience working within a similar role i.e. Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales or Telesales
Professional telephone manner
Able to provide excellent customer service levels at all times
Confident IT skills, this should include using CRM database systems
