Part time HR Administrator - Ringwood - 5 month FTC - GBP17,500

HR Administrator required on a part time basis for our client based in Ringwood. As the HR Administrator, you will be required to support the team with administrative duties relating to HR and Training activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Training Advisor with administrative tasks such as booking tests, issuing and creating certificates, issuing training evaluations, reporting trends and supporting the completion of grants
  • Administer the e-learning programmes
  • Ensure records are recorded on the system accurately and maintained on a regular basis
  • Provide administrative support with events such as corporate inductions
  • Accurately record invoices against spend
  • Deal with all on boarding administration and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Store, update and retain administration in line with data protection policies and support the People and Talent Director in completing the data protection action plan
  • Assist with the administration of PDR processes and the implementation of initiatives to support the people strategy
  • Administer benefits throughout the employment life cycle
  • Identify and communicate improvement suggestions to enhance the service provided to staff
  • Run reports and provide statistics to assist the business
  • Deal promptly with all queries to the department


Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience of doing mail merges
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload


This is a part time role, working 27 hours per week. Initially a 5 month fixed term contract with the opportunity of going permanent depending on the needs of the business.
