We are recruiting on behalf of a communications agency for a part time HR Manager. This is a new role and a great opportunity to establish HR processes within a fast growing agency.


  • Recruitment - Both through agencies and other strategies
  • Staff Contracts
  • Manage the induction of new staff
  • Compliance to law
  • Setting up staff reviews and undertaking them
  • Managing HR policies
  • Handbook updates
  • Being the go to person in the agency for staff
  • Resolving staff complaints if there are any
  • Assist with staff pay reviews
  • Manage exit interviews as and when
  • Managing staff sickness and annual leave
  • Keeping Job Descriptions up to date
  • Other ad-hoc items

Talent Management

  • Support with interviewing
  • Ensuring staff morale is high at all times
  • Managing individuals training and up-skilling needs
  • Managing the social events of the agency
  • Looking at staff target and goal setting
  • Looking at staff benefits and incentives

The Candidate

Will have worked within a communications agency previously, preferably healthcare

Will have a full understanding of HR laws and best practice

Will be outward going yet considerate

Will have a high degree of integrity

Be a self-starter

5 Years + experience
