We are recruiting for Customer Service Agents for our client based in Birkenhead/Wirral. Our client is a reputable high street business looking to increase their team by 2

You would be fully trained to enable you to carry out the role, duties include;

* Responding to customer queries via email and phone in a professional manner

* Ensuring the customer is provided with first class customer experience

* Responding to order queries, delayed deliveries, missing items, wrong items received, processing refunds etc.

The working environment is typically a busy call centre, but you will find this quieter as this role is evenings only, working 4pm - 10pm, Monday - Sunday.

The client will request that you are able to work 4pm - 10pm working a minimum of 4 days ( 3 evening shifts in the week and 1 shift of a weekend)

Full training is provided to prepare you for the exciting opportunity, you will however be required to attend an induction & also attend the training for 4 weeks between the hours of 4pm-10pm.
