Reed HR are partnered with a small not-for-profit organisation based in Central London, in order to recruit for a Head of Human Resources on a 12 month FTC. This role is part time - 4 days a week.
The role and responsibilities:
- Lead the Human Resources team to support at strategic and operational levels
- Work closely with senior managers
- Support the digital transformation to drive associated change in culture
- Leading on the creation and development of policies
- Develop and maintain effective risk management processes
- Establish and embed organisational values to enable EDI
- Contribute to the organisation's recruitment needs including talent pipeline and workforce planning
- Lead on the development and delivery of a new reward strategy
- Support a culture of continuous improvement via an effective performance management process
- Lead wellbeing in the organisation
- Lead on complex employee relations issues
- Manage the HR budget
To be successful in this role, you will have experience at Head of HR level and interested in a part time role (28 hours - 4 days a week).
You will need to have/be:
- CIPD qualified - Ideally FCIPD or MCIPD
- Experience operating as a senior leader in HR
- Proven experience creating and delivering people and cultural strategies
- Strong experience of collective consultations in a non-unionised environment
- Experience in reward development, organisational development, management development and TUPE
- Experience managing and developing a HR team
- Ability to negotiate and manage contracts
- Strong employment law experience
- Strong written and oral communication
