An opportunity is available for two customer advisors to join a fast growing pet retailer in central Totton.

This is a permanent part time role working either 15 hours or 21 hours a week. You must be fully flexible across weekends, morning and evenings as you will be on 3 week rolling rota that includes all of these. There will be further hours available to cover leave and sickness.

The hourly pay rate is GBP9.50.

Responsibilities:

Explain, advise and suggest items for pets such as food, leads, beds and training products
Engage with customers and help with any needs
Evening stock replenishment on frozen and ambient products
Working towards set store KPI's
Key holder for store open/close
Cashing up the tills at end of day
Heavy lifting will be required at times
To assist with other functions of the business as required by management

Experience:

Demonstrate excellent customer service
Cashing up tills and closing down experience is desirable
Retail experience - within pet retail is desirable
Understanding of basic animal training although full training is provided
