Customer Experience Administrator
Based in Gosport, our client is a leader in paper based packaging; supplying market sectors such as Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and FMCG. They have a proven track record in all areas of their business and are currently developing a new range of products to supply into new and existing markets.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic part-time Customer Experience Administrator. This role would suit an individual who wishes to progress their career into a Customer Experience role. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering administrational support to the team and play a fundamental role contributing to the future growth for the Company.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to succeed. They should have the ability to use their own initiative, whilst also being a strong team player.
Key tasks include:
First line reception
Produce correspondence, documentation, maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
Order processing
OTIF
Maintain & analyse quotes spreadsheet
Past customer contact
Ad hoc duties for Customer Experience Manager
Skills & Knowledge
Proven skills in using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
Ability to undertake general office procedures e.g. manual and computerised record and filing systems, photocopying and emails
An organised approach to work
The ability to produce written communications to a high standard
Good communication and numeracy skills
The ability to research information from relevant sources and present findings clearly
A desire to develop knowledge and experience
A flexible approach to changing work tasks
