We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic full/part-time Barista to join our team.

We have worked hard to develop a strong customer base within our local community, and we pride ourselves on offering personalised and friendly customer service and creating an excellent coffee experience for everyone.
We serve a bespoke Climpson and Sons coffee using Mahlkonig and Mythos 1 grinders as well as our customised La Marzocco KB90 and Linea PB.

What we're looking for in a barista

• A person experienced for at least a year in speciality coffee

• Ability to dial in espresso and filter coffee

• Ability to pour consistent latte art

• High quality standards in everything they make

• Have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy talking to customers

• Believe in being considerate and kind to fellow staff as well as the value of communication

• Able to work quickly, calmly, and efficiently during busy periods

• Naturally seeks out tasks during quieter periods

• Understands the value of paying attention to details
