PART TIME Contract Data Strategy Lead - OUTSIDE IR35 - Remote option available / applications welcome UK-wide - 2 days per week NOT FULL TIME (maternity cover): Our charity client is making significant investment in its data systems and processes as part of their data strategy implementation and the Data Strategy Lead will have operational responsibility for leading the programme supported by / will manage a team of four (two Senior Project Managers and two Senior Business Analysts).

The key purpose is to provide assistance to the team to ensure that the Programme maintains momentum and achieves planned benefits.

Significant experience of delivering similar major projects through a programme approach in a Not for Profit and ideally, a fundraising charity, is a key requirement.

A strong technical grounding with excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

This is a high-level overview of the range of work:

*Fulfil role as single point of accountability over operational delivery of the programme (benefits, time and resources) and support for Programme Manager in fulfilment of this goal
*Provision of advice as part of the procurement and implementation of CRM solution(s) and data hub implementation e.g., assisting the fulfilment of the technical CRM product owner role including inputting into decision making
*Act as a champion for the Data Strategy and related guiding principles and ensure the Data hub embeds these principles both maintaining existing decisions and when working with stakeholders on any key outstanding decisions.
*To assist in the delivery of the agreed CRM contract including scope of works and user stories / requirements
*To assist in contract negotiations i.e., with new CRM vendor(s)
*Work with the Programme Manager to ensure that teams provide the resources required to ensure work progresses to plan
*Convene key stakeholders and ensure that benefit of new technology has traction with teams and broader organisation. Assist maintaining current decisions and ensuring outstanding decisions are made in a timely and informed manner.
*Ensure stakeholders are engaged as part of the programme and are sufficiently briefed and assured of progress and plans i.e., proactive and pre-emptive communication in addition to maintaining the existing governance structure
