Part-Time Accounts Assistant - Fixed Term Contract
Employment type: Fixed Term contract - Minimum 3 months
Location: Knottingley
Hours: 3 days per week, ideally Monday-Wednesday although there is some flexibility (8am-5pm)
Salary: Circa GBP26,000 pro rata + 20 days holiday pro rata
We are working exclusively with a rapidly growing survey and design company who operate predominantly in the telecommunications sector.
Due to maternity cover a vacancy has arisen on a contract basis for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join the team. This will be for a minimum of 3 months however could be extended beyond this.
Example of Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliations
Conduct a wide range of finance tasks
Matching and processing invoices
Raising and processing payments
Dealing with invoice queries
Journals and reconciliation of ledger accounts
VAT and PAYE reconciliations
Ad hoc finance duties
Assist wider Administration Team when requiredEssential Skills/Background:
SAGE experience is essential
Confident with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent communication skills
