A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join a well established and growing company based near Henley on a temporary to permanent part-time basis where you can work up to 24 hours a week. The company offers a fantastic working environment with competitive package. As the Finance Assistant, you will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for the day to day running of accounts including monthly reporting and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing the purchase ledger process and making payments to suppliers.
Calculating and paying inter-company dividends.
Managing the daily cash requirements of the Group.
Preparing monthly prepayments and accruals schedules and posting to the accounting system.
Preparing annual PAYE settlement agreement.
Maintaining the fixed asset register.
Preparing the Group VAT return.
Reconciling the bank, intercompany, suspense accounts, fixed assets and VAT accounts.
Supporting the Management Accounts, Statutory Accounts and the budgeting processes.Key skills:

You should possess Good System and Excel skills
At least 3 years accounts experience within cash book, purchase ledger and reconciliations
Strong Communication Skills
A Team Player who is able to take the initiative
Able to work autonomously
